Privacy, in plain English

When you use Stackprint, we may process your email address, purchase and receipt details, support messages, and the transaction data needed to generate the report you choose to buy.

The initial CSV parsing and preview happen locally in your browser. If you choose to continue to secure checkout, the transaction records needed to stage and fulfil your order are sent to Stackprint before you are redirected for payment. They are used so the purchased PDF and CSV can be generated and delivered.

We process data to provide the service you request, take payment, deliver reports, prevent misuse, respond to support requests and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal or transaction data.

Stackprint records coarse journey events such as “CSV parsed”, “report ready” and “checkout started” so we can find where the service is failing users. The event payload does not include filenames, transaction counts or values, wallet details, email addresses or a persistent visitor identifier. We do not use advertising or persistent analytics cookies. A short-lived, strictly necessary HttpOnly cookie links the browser that started checkout to its paid download and expires after one hour.

Stackprint uses specialist providers to host the application and data, process payment, and deliver transactional email. Those providers process data only for the relevant service and under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and satisfy legal, security and accounting requirements. UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal data.
